To support this mission, we're looking for a fully-remote Developer Community Manager (Europe/Asia) to support Apify's global developer community. You'll be the touchpoint for community members in Apify-managed spaces online - from Discord to Reddit, and beyond. A part of Apify's globally-distributed Developer Relations and Community team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the world to help thousands of builders get more out of the Apify platform. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON: - Nurture the developer community by driving engagement across Discord, the Apify subreddit, and other Apify-maintained channels. - Plan and run community programs end-to-end, such as webinars, contests, and giveaways. - Keep the community informed by announcing product changes, feature releases, and relevant updates across community channels. - Guide developers from onboarding to success - advising on monetization strategies, navigating documentation, and providing hands-on support to both new and experienced publishers. - Capture developer insights through conversations, calls, and events, and feed them back to the relevant internal teams. - Support logistics for in-person events and meet-ups in your region, and have opportunities to attend them.
